Active workspace records
Account, membership, workspace, research, report, campaign-draft, service-request, and approval records are retained while the workspace is active so the requested service can be delivered and decisions remain traceable.
Operational and security records
Security, access, approval, and operational records may be retained after creation or workspace closure when reasonably needed for abuse prevention, incident review, financial records, dispute handling, contractual obligations, or legal compliance. Atlas does not promise a shorter fixed retention period unless one is stated in a separate written agreement or required by law.
Reports, temporary processing, and backups
Sisyphus temporary run directories and worker data are designed to be removed after publication, cancellation, or failed processing when no longer needed. Deleted reports and uploads are removed from active client access after a validated deletion. Residual copies may remain in protected backups until the applicable backup cycle expires, or longer where retention is legally required.
Request process
Workspace owners and authorized members can submit an access, correction, export, or deletion request from Workspace settings. Atlas verifies the requester, identifies affected records, confirms any required retention, and records the reviewed outcome.
Account closure
Account deletion is not immediate when records must be preserved for security, billing, legal, or contractual reasons. When a request is approved, Atlas disables access, removes eligible active data, and documents any limited retention that remains.
