Account responsibility
Users must provide accurate account information, protect their credentials, and use only workspaces they are authorized to access. Activity performed through an account is treated as activity by that account holder unless promptly reported.
Research and recommendations
Research outputs, forecasts, scores, and recommendations are decision-support materials. They may rely on public data, client-supplied information, estimates, and incomplete provider access. They are not guarantees of traffic, leads, revenue, rankings, or advertising performance.
Review and execution
Creating an account, requesting research, selecting a package, or drafting a campaign does not authorize advertising spend, publishing, provider mutations, or payment. Scope, pricing, execution permissions, and material changes require separate review and approval.
Acceptable use
Users may not attempt to access another client, upload unlawful or malicious content, probe platform security, misrepresent generated findings, or use Atlas to violate advertising-platform rules, privacy rights, or applicable law.
Availability and changes
Features and third-party integrations may change, pause, or become unavailable. Atlas may restrict access to protect clients, the platform, or providers. Material policy changes will be reflected by an updated effective date.
