Information we collect
Atlas may collect account and profile information, organization details, research inputs, uploaded materials, generated reports, service requests, campaign drafts, approval decisions, and security or audit events.
Provider credentials are not exposed to the browser. Raw provider payloads and administrator-only notes are excluded from client-facing reports.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate users, isolate client workspaces, complete requested research, prepare reviewed recommendations, respond to service requests, protect the platform, and maintain operational records.
Service providers and disclosure
Atlas uses contracted infrastructure providers, including Google Firebase and Google Cloud, to operate authentication, databases, storage, and research processing. Information is not sold. It may be disclosed when required by law, to protect the service, or to a provider a client explicitly authorizes.
Client control
Authenticated clients can request access, correction, export, or deletion from Workspace settings. Requests enter a reviewed administrator queue so identity, scope, legal holds, and retention requirements can be confirmed before action.
Security and limitations
Atlas applies tenant-scoped access rules, authenticated downloads, administrator claims, audit records, and review gates. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Clients should avoid placing unnecessary secrets or regulated personal information in research prompts or service-request notes.
